At l'Étoile de Saint Honoré, we strive for sartorial perfection; however, if your selection is not to your satisfaction, we offer complimentary returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all luxury packaging and security tags intact.

Carefully place the items in their original designer boxes and secure them within the provided shipping carton, ensuring the pre-printed return label is clearly visible.

Schedule a private courier collection through our portal or drop off your package at any authorized premium shipping location at your convenience.
Refund Processing
Once our atelier conducts a quality inspection, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
